Virtual Individual & Family Therapy Services For Mental Wellness & Personal Growth
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience in mental health. I specialize in depression and anxiety and use trauma informed approach to therapy. I have a Masters Degree in Marriage Family Therapy from Hope International University and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Biola University. When I am not seeing clients, I am teaching dance fitness, running, or watching true crime.
In my practice, I provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, relationship issues or other of life's challenges, I am here to help you develop strategies and provide you with resources to help you move forward.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, meaning I draw from a variety of evidence-based techniques such as Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT and SFT. I tailor my approach to each client's unique needs. I prioritize creating a warm and supportive environment for all my clients. If you are looking for a skilled and compassionate psychotherapist who can help you achieve your goals, I invite you to schedule a free 15 minute consultation today.
