My Story
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 15 years of experience in mental health. I specialize in depression and anxiety and use a trauma informed approach to therapy. I have a Masters Degree in Marriage Family Therapy from Hope International University and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Biola University. When I am not seeing clients, I am teaching dance fitness, running, or watching true crime.
